Position: Sales Associate/Sales Clerk
We are seeking part-time and full time Sales Associates, Sales Clerks to work in Burnaby. Experience related to the automotive parts industry or related experience would be beneficial but not essential as all training will be provided. This position requires a willingness to learn, being a team player, and having a strong ability to provide exceptional customer service.
Role and Responsibilities:
• Working at Front-desk, answering phone call inquiries and helping with in person customers
• Order and Sell auto part products
• Work diligently with all staff at the store in order to find the right solutions for customers
• Ensure customer requirements are met in an efficient and professional manner
• Perform a variety of tasks throughout the store to ensure the team’s success
• Process payments/transactions with credit and debit cards, etc.
• Assist with inventory, including receiving and stocking
Skills Required:
• Reliable and dependable
• Excellent customer service/communication skills
• General good knowledge of computer skills
• Able to multi-task
*Wages based on experience and negotiable
